TransHub Takedown Request Policy
TransHub does not store any videos on its servers.
This site serves as an index and provides links to content hosted by other non-affiliated sites. It also allows account holders (users) to embed links and create new entries on the public section of the site, making them available on the internet. Therefore, takedown requests should be directed to the appropriate channels.
How to File a Proper Takedown Request:
To request a takedown, please contact the website that hosts the video directly and ask them to remove it. However, if you believe TransHub can assist in facilitating the takedown, please provide the following information:
Notice of Claimed Infringement:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner;
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed;
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
Please note that TransHub will not send confirmation regarding takedown actions to the reporting party. Kindly allow a reasonable amount of time for the case to be reviewed.
Fake complaints will be deleted, and your email address will be blacklisted.
